Noreen James is a marketing director who has over 20 years of comprehensive marketing experience that she employs in launching new brands, establishing performance stability and growth, as well as reviving struggling assets.
Noreen’s wide-ranging marketing experience, agility, flexibility, and quest for perfection have been instrumental in her successful marketing career working for several major companies including but not limited to Taubman, The Mills, Shea, UDR, and Macerich.
Her proudest projects include the comprehensive marketing programs at Stoneridge Shopping Center between 2001 to 2006, the Brentwood UPick tourism program, improvements at The Streets of Brentwood, Somersville Towne Center, The Crossroads (130-unit property), and Kirker Creek (542-unit property), as well as her latest festival the Brentwood Oktoberfest 2018, that she doubled in size.
Noreen is creative and entrepreneurial by nature, semi-workaholic, and dedicated. She enjoys traveling, loves her pets, and adores her husband. She’s originally from Los Angeles and moved to the Bay Area in 1999, where her marketing career took off.
She received her BS in Business Management at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco and her AA in Fashion Design from in Los Angeles.
