managed asset: Crossroads Apartment Homes

ROLE: Community Director

 

GOAL: Improve asset performance in preparation for sale, by increasing occupancy from 76% to at least 97% and maintain the high occupancy in the first 3-6 months.

 

RESULT: Occupancy was increased to 98% in less than 3 months, and maintained the ideal occupancy through an aggressive retention program. The asset was sold before the 6-month deadline.
