GOAL: Stabilize the asset during the economic downturn.

 

RESULT: Occupancy was increased from 92% to 97%, and maintained at 97%. Performed comprehensive residential file audit, installed liability prevention practices, reviewed fair-housing and ADA rules each month with staff, as well as streamlined the reporting documents and processes.
