GOAL: Create ancillary income for the shopping center.
RESULT: Success was experienced by all parties, including event hosts, producers, participants, pop-ups, retailers, restaurants, and the venue management team. The festival was allowed its annual activation in the next 4 years at a modest $1.5k venue rental increase.
